Speed Build Marketplace is operated by Nordic KVFD ApS. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nordic KVFD ApS. By using Speed Build Marketplace, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

This Agreement takes effect the first time you use Speed Build Marketplace and governs your use of the service.

2. Software License and Termination

By purchasing and accessing Speed Build Marketplace, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software and services offered on the platform. This license is intended for the sole purpose of building your marketplace MVP, and may not be sublicensed, sold, or transferred to any other party without our express written permission.

Your license grants you unlimited access to the software, including any updates or improvements we release. However, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breaches of these terms, misuse of the platform, or activities that compromise the service for others.

Termination of the license will result in the immediate cessation of access to the platform, and you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation as a result of the termination. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these terms to maintain uninterrupted access.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted.

4. Disclaimer

We provide Speed Build Marketplace "as is" and without any express or implied warranties. This means that while we strive to deliver a high-quality service, we do not guarantee that the platform will meet all your requirements or that its operation will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. Technical issues, bugs, and outages may occur, and you agree that we are not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or failures of the service.

Furthermore, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided on the platform. It is your responsibility to independently verify any information before relying on it for critical decisions.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any reliance on the software and services provided by Speed Build Marketplace is done at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of Speed Build Marketplace. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription or service.

6. Responsibilities

Speed Build Marketplace is not responsible for user-generated content or how users choose to use the software.

7. Price Adjustments

As we continue to improve our service, prices may increase. You can lock in current pricing by subscribing now.

9. General Terms and Governing Law
